Hey Mac, Listing your blog on HocoBlogs.com is a great way to connect with others locally. Socializr.com and a search on “hocoblogs” will lead you to our monthly parties of local bloggers. I’d bet you’ll find some kindred spirits there as well. Congrats on your new venture.

I look forward to seeing where this group goes. My only quibble is with all the free press this group is getting (I saw it in the Columbia Flier and Baltimore Examiner yesterday), it would have been helpful if their website was set up, or at a minimum, the “join us” page active so people who went to the website after seeing it in the news could sign up. I went to the website after seeing it the paper only to find the website lacking and the “Join Us” page inactive. I’ll probably go back later, but others may never go to the website again and this was a lost opportunity.
